MVHS Chorale Superior at State
LEWIS CENTER, OHIO - The Mount Vernon High School Chorale earned a Superior rating on their performance at the OMEA State Large Group Event held on Saturday, May 2 at Olentangy Orange High School.
The 38 member choir, directed by Trevor Garrabrant, qualified for Class B at the State level back in March. Their concert program included "Omnis Terra" by Ruth Morris Gray, "Hush! Somebody's Callin' My Name" arranged by Brazeal W. Denard, and "Life Has Loveliness" by Sara Teasdale and Greg Gilpin.
